Delivery Manager

Essential functions

• Support the management of client expectations regarding project deliverables and timelines.

• Collaborate with client stakeholders to maintain strong relationships and ensure effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.

• Track and report on project progress, proactively identifying any risks or challenges and assisting in their resolution.

• Assist in the coordination of resources, including internal team members and external vendors, to ensure project milestones are met.

• Support the onboarding of new team members, helping them become operational quickly and integrate into the team smoothly.

• Contribute to the identification of opportunities for process improvements and efficiency gains in project execution.

• Ensure that projects are delivered within scope, on time, and within budget, while meeting the agreed-upon quality standards.

• Assist in the preparation and negotiation of contracts and agreements to ensure clarity on project scope, deliverables, and timelines.

• Support the team in implementing proactive risk management strategies, ensuring client satisfaction and minimizing potential issues.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in project or delivery management, ideally within a technology or consulting environment.

• Experience in working with B2B clients, particularly from the USA and Europe.

• Strong command of the English language, both written and verbal.

• Knowledge or experience in Project Management methodologies is a plus (e.g., Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall).

• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage with both clients and internal teams effectively.

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and tasks simultaneously.

• Proactive problem-solving abilities and a collaborative approach to addressing challenges.

• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.

• Experience or interest in the IT or technology consulting industry is highly desirable.
