Ruby Developer
Grid Dynamic is looking for an experienced Ruby on Rails Engineer to join our distributed team and work on building a scalable, self-service platform that empowers non-technical users and reduces engineering dependency.
The platform must be SOX-compliant, include built-in audit controls, and ensure operational integrity while allowing personalized promotions and easy performance monitoring.
Please note that there will be late meetings (till 10-11PM GMT+4).
Essential functions
Design, develop, and maintain scalable full-stack solutions
Build a self-service platform for promotion launches, enabling business teams to operate independently.
Ensure platform SOX compliance with built-in audit controls.
Integrate the solution with internal enterprise systems.
Contribute to long-term platform maintenance, scalability, and future enhancements.
Qualifications
4+ years of experience with Ruby on Rails
Strong knowledge of GraphQL and RESTful APIs.
Solid understanding of software engineering principles, scalability, and performance optimization.
Advanced English
Would be a plus
Experience with React
Experience working with Microservice architecture
