Senior System Analyst
Grid Dynamics, a global software services company driving enterprise-level digital transformation solutions for Fortune 1000 corporations, is looking for an experienced Senior System Analyst.
Essential functions
Analyze current business workflows from both technical and business perspectives.
Document existing processes, database relations, and system integrations.
Define mapping between existing Python app’s workflows and their new Node.js app equivalents.
Support engineers by clarifying workflow behavior and dependencies.
Maintain a traceability matrix: business process → code logic → migrated function.
Facilitate communication between stakeholders and the development team.
Qualifications
4+ years of experience as a BSA or System Analyst in software engineering projects.
Strong understanding of workflow systems or manufacturing processes.
Experience in system documentation, data modeling, and requirements elicitation.
Familiarity with SQL and the ability to inspect database schemas.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills within cross-functional teams.
