Senior Data Analyst
At Grid Dynamics we’re looking for a Senior Data Analyst with strong Tableau experience to join our team supporting an international publicly traded meal-kit company based in Berlin, Germany.
Essential functions
As the largest meal-kit provider in the United States - with operations across Canada, Western Europe (including Luxembourg, Germany, Belgium, France, and the Netherlands), New Zealand, and Australia - you will lead A/B test analysis, maintain existing dashboards, and build new high-impact dashboards that drive data-informed decision-making.
Qualifications
5+ years of experience working as a Data Analyst.
Familiarity with Python.
Proven experience building dashboards in Tableau.
Experienced with GitHub Actions for automating CI/CD pipelines and Prefect (similar to Airflow) for scheduling, monitoring, and managing data workflows and pipelines.
English language at Advanced (C1) level or higher.
Would be a plus
Experienced with AWS for cloud computing and S3 for data storage and management
Worked with Databricks for data processing and MLflow for tracking and managing machine learning experiments
Skilled in Anaconda for Python environments and Poetry/Piplock for dependency management
Built interactive dashboards and apps using Streamlit for data exploration and presentation
Familiar with SpiceRack for ML operations, including model tracking and deployment (limited deep learning support)
Used Ax and Optuna to efficiently tune machine learning model parameters
